1. The service
Spese in Casa is an app for logging and analysing the expenses of a shared household and managing a shared shopping list. The service is provided by: Spese in Casa

2. Accounts and households
Each person has a personal account linked to a household. Household admins create accounts, assign roles and are responsible for the people they invite. Keep your password safe and let us know straight away at info@speseincasa.it in case of unauthorised access.
3. Plans and payment
The Couple, Household and Premium plans are annual and activated on request. Price, payment method and activation date are sent to you by email before activation. A plan covers the whole household for 12 months from activation and does not renew without your confirmation.
4. Your content
The data you enter remains yours. You only grant us the use needed to provide the service. Do not enter unlawful content or data about people who have not been informed.
5. AI shopping list
The suggested list is generated automatically from the receipts you upload: it may contain reading errors or inaccurate estimates. Always check it before using it.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or external reasons. The service is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability.
7. Liability
Spese in Casa is an organisation tool and does not constitute financial or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the service. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Closing your account
You can ask to close your account or household at any time by writing to info@speseincasa.it. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory rules and courts of their country of residence.
